Tompkin Foursquare Parkland is live with the Howl Festival I passed to catch The Little Expiry NYC featuring Moby this afternoon. The whole parkland was swaying. Along the outside fencing are murals by local artists. Here is one of the more compelling appositions ( clink to enlarge ):
