Candon Metropolis hosts Begnas Ylocos Festival 














Candon Metropolis played a gracious host to the First Begnas ( thanksgiving ) Ylocos Festival on October 28- 30, 2008.
The Festival with the topic of `` Agbiag ti Kaugalian a Nainsigudan '' ( Long dwell our traditional and cultural values ) was participated in by 23 towns of Ilocos Tyre and Candon Metropolis that showcased the civilization of different Autochthonal peoples sleep in the stated countries.
Conducting the invitees were Deputy Verbaliser Eric Singson, Ilocos TyreGov. Deogracias Superior Savellano, Frailty Governor Jeremias Singson and Metropolis Mayor Allen Singson.
Deputy Talker Singson and Gov Savellano funded the three day festival.
The Festival is show of grasp by the people to the good crop.
The participating towns and Metropolis holds Autochthonous peoples that belongs to different folks like Bago, Kankana-ey, Itneg and Tinggian.
