16 lovely ladies from the different towns and metropolis of Ilocos Sur competed for the esteemed Baggak ti Daya ( Beauty from the E ) competition during First Begnas ( thanksgiving ) Ylocos Festival kept at Candon Metropolis, Ilocos Tyre, Philippines.

All the contestants belong to the Indigenous Peoples. They follow their roots to different folks like bago, kankanaey, tinggian, itneg and others.
